Highly accurate way to measure both temperature and humidity in your tortoise enclosure.
We recommend using this product to regularly check temperatures and humidity levels are within the safe ranges for your breed of tortoise. It stores maximum and minimum readings, this is especially useful for keeping an eye on overnight and basking area temperatures.
The unit will show the temperature at both the remote probe (OUT) and at the gauge (IN). The readout can be switched between the two probes by using the IN/OUT button function. The humidity level is measured using the remote humidity probe (IN).
The MAX/MIN button shows the maximum or minimum temperatures for the gauge (IN) or remote probe (OUT). This button also shows minimum or maximum humidity. The clear the memory for min/max, hold down the min/max button for approximately 3 seconds.
